High-concentration wastewater incineration carbonizer. This equipment innovatively utilizes submerged evaporation and spray incineration control technology, adopting an integrated structure of water film protection and wastewater dispersion, along with a super-ceramic copolymer molecular alloy anti-corrosion coating. It overcomes the challenges of traditional equipment in resisting acid, alkali, and high temperatures.
High-concentration wastewater, such as dye, chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, and intermediate mother liquor, is difficult to treat using conventional methods and incurs high operating costs. This device offers unique treatment effects for wastewater containing benzene, phenol, formaldehyde, and foul odors, addressing the challenge of high COD treatment without secondary pollution.
The high-concentration wastewater incineration carbonizer first preheats the wastewater, strips and separates the exhaust gas, which is then directed into the combustion furnace chamber, where it is thoroughly burned at temperatures exceeding 1000°C. The heat released during combustion is used to heat air, which enters the evaporator. The wastewater containing organic matter is fully atomized and combusted within the evaporator, and the exhaust gas generated during operation is purified through a degassing system.
This device can use coal, oil, and gas as fuels, and is also capable of utilizing industrial waste gas as a fuel.
